Well It feels like I got scam by SOS again with real money. Any GM on that would help.
Everyone seems to turn a blind eye on helping. I wasted 17k points enhancing mounts. I use meridium R and Peribium R. I know they don't guarantee successes just like the automated responses from CSR says but when I do have few successes it becomes empty chats so I'm 100% failure. It says 45% but actually turned out that its 0% because I got bugged on. I feel like I got scammed because something wrong happened and everyone who can help just walks pass by.Worst Customer Service really and response time. I got 16 days left in the game and I just want at least one ticket resolve and get the help I need. I want my money back or my SC back.

Outspark tends to turn a blind eye on helping people with major issues, especially refunds...

From your thread earlier - It's only been two days since your ticket was sent in to CSR support. If you look to the side to where it's bold on the side -
Our normal business hours are Monday through Friday 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM US Pacific Time. We are currently experiencing an unusual amount of service tickets, the response time is expected to be between 4 to 5 days. Thanks again for your patience.
So please give it some time so a CSR can review your ticket and get back to you. The automated response is there to tell you that the ticket has been received and is in review.
As far as I know, RubixCuban was trying to replicate what happened to you and several others who have claims that the Alchemist enhancing is bugged. He has not been able to do it replicate the bug so far. So do know that this is being looked into.
The only advice I can give you now, is to avoid using the Alchemist enchanter til it is fixed and hope for the best when you get a CSR response.

I'm just pissed caused I had previous tickets before but they took weeks just to respond not the 4-5 days and when they do, they just ask you a question its already on the ticket. I haven't really had a good experience with the tickets. Its just recently that I'm actively voicing out my concern that I do have a quicker response. The case with the duplicating the bug is, Rubix may not had replicated it but it doesn't mean it didn't happen and 10 times of upgrading the pet is a pretty low chance of replicating because only few people have experience and in random times. Also it seem to happened in different areas not just mount enhancement but pearl enhancements and a few pm states in xen enhancements also. If this get replicated would Outspark refund every single customer who claims they had this problem using sc from the mount enhancements. It may not be a major bug issue but it happens.I would at least want this resolve before I leave and Outspark later find out I had the bug and credit me back when its too late. The game does not work 100% perfectly all the time and isolated incidents does happen. Why is it that paying is so easy but getting my money back is too hard?

Ok. Let me explain -
RubixCuban was in game last night (Adeline server). He is AWARE of the problems with the Alchemist Enhancing (Wings, Pearls, Pets!). Before he or any one else can take action, He must replicate the bug (so he says). I did not mention that this "bug" doesn't occur- I also have a close friend who's inital wings were gone after trying to enhance another pair he had. So I definitely vouch that it did happen once before your event with it.
In anycase, I only ask that you give some patience and faith to CSR response for this.

Sorry for not being calm on this but I'd been calm mostly through the 7 months i'd been playing sending tickets and waiting and not getting the results. Really can't blame me. Patience is really thin right now.

The issue is using sparkcash on a bugged mount enhancement. The success I recieve ends up an empty chat without an enhananced mount. It happened several times till I lost all 17k sc. My whine is that i feel cheated because the enhancements says 45% but sinced its bugged on me it the successes did not produce an enhance mount but an empty chat. Bottom line is it feels like I'm playing a rigged game of chance with my real money.

My question would be why does he have to wait till Rubix can replicate the error before getting some kind of reimbursement? Replicating the error helps him fix the code, but doesn't do anything to help the people who have lost items.

I'm not really sure myself to be honest. But I'm just passing along what Rubix was saying in game. And also to make the OP aware that Outspark staff is aware of the problem. I did not write that he had to absolutely had to wait for Rubix to replicate the error. Just that where's there is smoke, there is fire (So proof may or may not be needed, I suppose is what I'm trying to get at).
In anycase, Like I said before -- It is up to CSR discretion to see if he will get reimbursed.

If he can't replicate the glitch, there's no proof that there actually is one. If they offered reimbursement without any internal proof that there is actually a problem, anyone can abuse it and claim they had the same problem.

Best thing you can do is be as specific as possible in what sitiuation you were in (things such as items you were carrying, what step actions did you take, and of course what went wrong. Believe me, I'm upset since losing my +5 Wings which I expected to always be safe in my care.
Some things with errors/glitches can be screenied, and help support proof. Out of curiousity you say you got empty chat boxes? You should screenie that and send it in with your claim. At least if you got that, it'll help support that there was a problem. Its harder for those of us, like me, who suffer from a item that got destroyed which shouldn't have. Now I gotta hope by at least providing the steps I took, the testers like RubixCuban can encounter the problem asap and nail it.
Like Kit said, there are those who will be trying to con out some goods without ever actually going through a problem. Thanks to such people, thats why these things are a hassle to go through, cause the leads don't want to get taken advantaged of and risk the ridicule due to falling for it. If you have a such rare items though, I suggest you always do take screenies of your stuff. I had some of my +5 Wings luckily that I could use as an aid of proof to at least owning them (doesn't mean though I WILL get them, it's just to help support truth of claim).
Just be courteous and reasonable you can with the CSRs during communication...and have patience. I know its hard though. This is when digital and technology issues can really suck. ><

I am staying away from the alchemist and will not waste anymore money enhancing. I realize too late that it keep doing the empty chat box for a screenie. I ignored the chat box before on pearl enhancement when i had one because the next other enhancements were ok. However, with recent enhancements it went really bad. The only thing I get from CSR is Meridium R does not gurratee success o.o (a cut and paste answer) and on my other pet quest issue is not good either. Just like the last few tickets about my pet quest issue, they would reply in a question that is already stated on the ticket.

i suggest to y'all stop buy sparkcash until they fix all glitched.some players already wasted their in real life money but the game still not okay...just wait and see the thread and csr reply the answer.be patience okay... they will fix may take long time if they care. the important is BE PATIENCE !!!

CSR just message back.They want a screen shot and in terms me buying more sc and spending money to do it again. thanks CSR you guys really know how to milk me for my money. In addition, there is no guarantee that if i do get a screen shot you will give my money back. On my other pet quest issue. I'm S.O.L also. Thanks CSR . I got 11 days left from the game. I'm not gonna spend more money. I think its a scam how the refund on glitches are going on. Now I think there put there to increase sales of sc and bad Costumer service so people can give up pursuing the issue. Hopefully this doesn't happen to anyone else and if it does, they will actually do something.

Yah... this sistem really suck...
I mean, the best way to keep your users playing, or even more important, sc users spending more money, is guarantee they can get what they expect. Anyway, refund your sc only means u'll use them again in the game, not like giving u real money again!
Hoping some day they understand this...
