I Was Going On The Free Spark Cash Thingy And On My Desktop It Gives Me This Error But When I Go On My Laptop It All Works Fine

It's probably because you have an outdated internet browser installed on your desktop. You'll want to upgrade your browser to something more to date. As for me, I'm using Firefox 3 on all of my machines (Even my main, which is about 5 years old now) and going to the offers section run completely fine.
