Pando Installer Problem

I've downloaded the Pando installer, but when I try to run it it says 'Error reading Configuration file'
How do I fix this? I've downloaded it at least 3 times!

I have the same problem.

I had the same problem. Personally, it worked after I cleared my cookies, history, and my recycling bin. After that, I restarted my computer and tried downloading it again. I'm not sure if it will work, but it did for me.
