Want to know how to type to shout in the game to ask someone in distance across the city? Not shout all the time, just when I need to shout for direction to go.

u buy the 'white egg' from the 'general store' to the east of Arcanus [or w/e]

you double click the white egg, and type your message in, then u will shout that message.
