They advertise Helga's tomb for a while so we spend SC to be able to defeat helga, then they SHUT IT DOWN when it gets too easy.

They made it when the race for 1mill was NERFED.

I got some oppions down ;) Why does this game seperate everyone from non sc user to sc users?? Come on its crazy how stronger someone with charms are :o and +9 weps/gears are to easy to make ya it takes time might fail most of the time but thats the whole point so they get you buyers to buy more red eyes and all that. Why couldnt they just make a npc that sells that sort of stuff but at a expensive price so that other players that dont feeel like paying can have a chance to make a +9 ! and mounts come on you only got 2 mounts that move so slow while all these sc users and running around with there Dragons and raccons :O like i said they should have a npc that sells some sort of sc or at least make sc stuff tradable/vendable so that people can buy them.

Funny thing is, I've always said to those complaining about SC prices and whatnot that nothing will change unless people stop buying SC. And finally one person wants to start this going. Wow. Unfortunately, not enough people will stop buying sc (myself included) to make a big enough difference. It's a lost cause for now. Sorry. :(

:) You're one of the few. *shrugs* I never said it was a good thing what some SC users do with that advantage. Just mentioned it's a great tactic which gets OS more money.

First thing I would like to say is...holy crap thats an epic siggy make one for me, remnant. Now that that's out, down to business.

The ONLY way you would get people to hear you would be to have a 70+ character on every server and to go to every area shouting your message 24/7 for about a month, then OS might get mildly perterbed.

No duh, SC users have an advantage. How ELSE is OS suppose to make money? If people don't need SC, then people won't buy it. If people don't buy SC, OS makes no money and the game shuts down.

MANY of these abyss noobs have mains that can kick your butt, without armor on.

OS is doing well. As a player, I have yet to have an instance that is OS's fault not be solved to my satisfaction.

I would like to make some statements that are purely my opinion......in reference to the bolded statements that are yours....I also took the time to add some numbers lol, just to make it easier o.o

1. Outspark's staff has personally helped me in a situation where I felt completely taken advantage of by another player. They did not have to do anything but yet they did. They care.

2. I thought Helga's tomb was closed because of all the drama that was being caused by it. Remember, he used to only spawn once a week, and then they made it 24 hour spawn to please us because we complained about how only certain people were getting the drops(guess that also applies to the "they dont care" statement lol).

3. Do you know I went to Roumen the other day and not a single bot spammed or whispered me? O.o it was heaven <333333. But they do ban bots obviously cause my block list gets full of them and I am still geting spammed. They have new names, so they are new bots. Unfortunately it is pretty tough to keep up with people whos only job is to make bots, when a GM has so many more things to do in their day.

4. I will still be buying sc, sorry to disappoint.

Firstly - I'm new that's why you've never seen me around. :) This is also why you'll continually kick my behind in-game. I did post an introduction thread in Outspark News and Announcements. *cough* ;)

Secondly, do SC customers have an advantage? People who purchase in-game items using sparkcash will get things quicker than people who don't. Fact.
Now here's the rest of it - it's not a favoritism thing - it's a personal choice/incentive. You don't HAVE to purchase anything with SC to level your characters, it'll probably be quicker though if you do. It kind of comes down to how hard are you willing to work for your characters level? I know I'm a lot prouder of characters I actually have to work to level instead of buying things to level them faster. On the flip side the coin, I'm a horribly impatient person and sometimes waiting isn't something I'm willing to do so I'll buy things.
Now to address the original post:

Point 1) If we didn't care, I sure as heck wouldn't be spending my time here typing a reply. Or making new games for that matter! Have ya'll see DGO? (see what I did there? ;) )

Point 2) heavylove hit the nail on the head.

Point 3) The GM's work as fast as possible to ban spammers. The problem is sometimes these guys use tricks that make it harder for us to ban them quickly. We know about the tricks and how to thwart them, just sometimes we can't get to them instantaneously. We take spamming very seriously as well as your in-game experiences. We want you to have a pleasant in-game experience, heck just like WE want to have pleasant in-game experiences!

Point 4) Um, hi, I'm the new Community Manager. I'm pretty sure this would fall under us doing something for you guys. So....does this mean you'll rescind your call for a boycott?

I take everyone's suggestions seriously (unless it's something like we need flying goats in ninja regalia wielding chihuahuas........although that would be pretty freaking cool....) and want to help make your experiences here at Outspark great ones.

You can't cap to 105 without SC. The other caps were easier, you didn't get 1% an hour and there were more repeats.

Heh, I was on a game for 7 hours yesterday getting my char from 27 to 30 and I even had a double exp buff ~_~ its often slow..but thats the fun part, gives you somethign to be proud of when ya done.

Hrmm...how about a compromise? Sometimes I wont be able to tell you things we're doing (seeeeeeeeeeeekrets......(and yes I know that's spelled wrong)) but when we can, we will.
I know that's a crappy answer but I promise it's the best I can do. :( I'd LOVE to let you guys in on every single thing we've got going on behind the scenes, but I can't due to various reasons (confidentiality being the biggest one).

If we dont get new quests but are expected to buy sc instead, which will make boring grinding more interesting (it wont really) then its pretty bad. Buying a pretty outfit is one thing but buying whole ton of items just to grind your way slightly easier to cap is lame.
If they would add a nice amount of quests which dont have to give a lot of exp but just to make thing interesting, i'd still by sc now and then.
But this way i have kinda given up on leveling and sc altogether, only going on kq. I *could* grind and level without sc (exp cards, charms) like i did so far but at this point it's way to boring and slowly moving to other games...

CM_Oracle does have a point. It might take forever, but it can still be done.

However, there are many players who experience lag in-game. I think this is a factor that can be taken into consideration.

Lately, lag has been a big problem, not only to me, but also to the people I've talked to and met with in-game.

It's very frustrating when you are trying to grind and then lag comes in and takes all your hard work away. Lag can be another factor why people need Blessing of Teva.

Sure, no one is forcing us to buy it. But we still need it.

This has been done but for some reason not in this version, in the original korean version u can but alot more mounts from the stores and cs items are sellable via ingame shroom shops, i understand fraud ect ppl demanding thier money back ect but this has been implimented in the orginal.

actually that would be u getting shot down imo tho fiesta has a few million or so users only a small % visit forums and even less than that post so 500views if classed as individual ppl is alot of views, when alot of threads throughtout severs ect u will notice may not even make double figure views.

the active forum comunity is small but we make do and to OP tho i see some of your points geeting reall aggressive and swearing isnt the way to go about it.

hello oracle and welcome nice to see some detailed postive responses from os at long last and not having a gm post on a topic just to spite/shoot down/be blunt or plain rude to ppl (been a few threads where ppl have stud back up to a comment a gm has made nastly and a gm has not appologised)

from what posts i have seen you have made there are alot more informative and professional imo like serrics he was always polite and tried to sort things out tho he is only a CL (saying that not seen him about much) anyways welcome

the grind is hard for the new cap raise and imo not really worth trying with out at least BoT as spending all that time again that exp to have it lost in an instant puts a huge downer on a person and can make not wanna play for at least the rest of the day, where as with teva u can laugh it of :D *hint reduce tevas price* :P j/k.....maybe :P

again to OP could never get enough ppl to boycot sc as the rich players if every1 esle did that would just sell sc/gift at a huge ammount of in game gold and sell loads of it still keeping os profits up (tho its not aloud unfortunatley it does happen alot just go to a town and he will hear sum1 shouting or get a whisper begging for cs ><)

So this is where we go back to my point of that you don't HAVE to buy SC to level up. It's a personal choice and option. Yes grinding is boring, using SC to accelerate the rate of leveling is a way to get through that boring process quicker.

We're always working to add more features to the games. The problem with adding more quests is while it may take you a couple hours to finish a quest, it can take months for that quest to be produced. (for example it could take 6 months for an idea to go to a physical quest within the game)

I know that leveling is an arduous process, but that's part of the game!

6 months?? x_x Anyway, thats not an excuse. Quests are big part of the games like this, ive played many and all of them have more then plenty of quests to keep people interested and occupied. On lvl 91+ people are desperate! lol +the fact that you cant do anything risky like DT or Helga (or even some grinding at lvl 90+) without Teva is sad.
Today i had to pass on a Helga raid invitation because i dont have teva and im afraid im gonna lose this very heard earned exp.

So i'm sorry but it looks like Teva is a *must* on high levels. I have a feeling its gonna lead to loss of customers.( would this bring their attention?) Why couldnt they add for example 7day teva in npc shop or something. I dont care how much gold it would cost i would earn it somehow and a lot of people would too.

I think something more likely to see as an IG CS item (even though Silky made it clear to me that this will NEVER happen) would be a 1 day BoT.

I thought Fiesta was supposed to give a great and enhancing experience. Grinding millions of exp at the 9x + levels doesnt seem very fun. Sure were not forced to buy SC to level, but that means you wont have fun either. Its like saying, pay for it, and you get the full effect. I'd like to see a non SC user have fun capping at 105.

6 months is a conservative guesstimate. (some take longer, some shorter) Making games and patches is VERY time consuming. I'm not trying to make excuses, I'm trying to help you guys see it from our side of the coin. It's not that we DON'T want to do things, sometimes it just takes a LONG time to get things to the point where we can roll them out on the user level.
Teva isn't a must, it's an added perk that is available for purchase. It may make your life easier though. I wish we could make every single item available to everyone for free but if we did that we wouldn't be able to continue making games. :(

I'll try ^^ I don't think I'll be getting SC. If I do, it'll be getting married, changing my look, getting a perm case (all perm items without much real bonus) and maybe a monthly multi house (its awful selling 5 items at a time). Not really anything to make me level faster or make things easier. But so far I have NEVER purchased SC and haver had fun to almost 60. Maybe by next summer I'll reach 100.

No worries! Sometimes things don't always translate exactly how you mean something through the internet. There's still work involved when implement quests from the previous version, technically the biggest one is localization to make sure that the Korean translates correctly to English. Interestingly enough - that's not always easy. :)

I used to feel this way lol. Until I finally got some SC and I spent it on my wedding, a beauty coupon, and a permanent outfit because I play a cleric and to be honest, they don't always have the most smexiest outfits. Lol.

But the cool hair, movers, houses I don't mind so much. It's those extenders and charms and such that I think aren't right. PvP/guild wars used to be fair, but now I just see it as a victory for those with the most SC.


I don't really mind the extenders and such for grinding.

And some, belive it or not, refuse to leave their paycheck at sc shop -.- and prices are rising. in sc shop too...
