OS scammed me

I took the offer about JackPot City on OS website and now they denied to help and ask me to contact JackPot City. As I know I take offer from your website so that is your problem now I know fur sure that OS is advertising a fake offer I will File a complain to BBB about OS. On offer you mention that will take 1 hour to get SC after register and make deposit of 20euro, but more than 1 hour I have to contact Offerpal Media with proof and nothing happen now.

For other ppl looking for free sparkcash from http://outspark.com/offers I suggest you not because like me I waste my money on taking the offer and I get nothing back.

It doesn't solve anything right NOW but it also says that we're not the ones that scam you. You must get the confirmation code from the other party. We're not trying to scam you but we can't do anything if the other party can't prove that you paid for their services.

You received an answer in your original thread. Please do not create a new topic on the same thing.

To sum up what Nekopon said, you will not receive Spark Cash if the business (in this case Jackpot City) does not send verification that you completed the offer. In order to speak to someone who can help you, you need to contact the customer support of the business who's offer you filled out.
