Graphics trouble

When i load into Fiesta.. the characters and monsters are either, blue or brown solid color, no detail to the face, equipment, etc.

Im thinking it may have to do with my graphics card but im not sure.
If it is. Can anyone suggest how to fix it and how much it might cost >.>
