Buying Glitch

i think its a bit wierd that im right clicking about 29 times and still cant buy the stuff i want to buy but other times i buy them with just two clicks .... please fix this or atleast tell me why it happens to be like that?

i can buy stuff thats above 10c ive noticed cause whenver i would buy a 2c item it wont let me but if i buy the same item for 20c at the other shop it lets me..... why is that??
