Go to Town Cheif Roumenous in Roumen. It's another one of those kill stuff for stuff events.

So by the time the 4th has come and gone we should have 50 stars?
I've kill thousands and only have 15 stars from mobs in a lot of areas.
It's only for a 7day item so why are the drop rates so low for this?

You'd have to be crazy to want to sell them after farming so unintentionally hard for them, though....And yeah, for their just being 7 Day items, it's a little ridiculous for the drop rate. Makes me a little less motivated.

they are really hard to get...i mean..i saw one in Iyzwel...but it wouldnt let me collect it
