i finally reach lvl 50, slap a Golden Bat License on my TK mace... go kill 30 Golden Bats... not ONE percentage point! liscense is bugged or something, fix it please T_T

The licence won't grow if you're 20 levels lower than the level of the monster, you need to be in the mid to high 50s before it will start to go up.
