Depends on the build.. if you want to mix and match between builds you may consider buying a sword & shield for tanking and one of the other two for damage dealing.
Full END - Sword and Shield (Tank)
Full STR - 2H Sword (Dmg)
Full SPR - Axe (Crit rate)
