after i log in and click create SOS suddenly crashes saying "SoSClient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."... then i click dont send... then an application error apears saying "Exeption EExternalException in module ntdll.dll at 00001230. External exception 80000003."... then i click ok... then the same think appears " SoSClient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience."... now i click dont send again... then an error appears saying " Runtime error 216 at 000032c0."
Can anybody tell me whats my problem? I would really appreciate if someone will tell me. Thanks in advance.
