Game Problem

Every time I launch Fiesta, I get to the part with the cat(which by the bay is REALLY creepy) The game will freeze and my monitor goes into standby mode and wont come out of it, forcing me to restart my computer!!!:mad::mad:

please tell me how to fix this problem!:mad:
