Need help starting the game

I downloaded and installed fiesta yesterday but when i logged in a started up the game this error came up:

I've got the most resent version of direct X and updated my video card. Does anyone know how to fix this?

Where are you from? Newer Players outside of the united states are no longer alowed to play on Outspark Fiesta Online.
They got a block for these players since there are other versions of it now
Like EU Fiesta Online hosted by Gamigo

No, we cannot link to the other versions of Fiesta. Since it's another product by another company, it's the equivalent of advertising another game. Sorry.
