Hi dear Admins

i can't talk with shoutcaster or get any other messages
i only see the normal chat from people next 2 me but if i want to type something 2 the party channel or shout cast something it doesn'nt work

could you plz help me out

What lvl are you?

You can't shout before level 6, and you can't talk in academy/guild/party chat if you're without an academy/guild/party. :)
