They are hired for multiple reasons.
To supervise the Forums(make sure people are following rules and ToS), to assist players with questions(ingame, and things such as CSR[ticket] Questions) , to help create a better gaming experiance(ban the spammers, throw events) and to do thigns that we dont exactly "see" such as update the game(test it before they release a new patch, make sure downloader is working properly, fix buggs and glitched, ect.)
not saying they accomplish all that or not. Because I like to play neutral.
Some say the staff is great and friendly. - which is true they are friendly and they are pretty good.
and others say the staff sucks. - leading people to quit, like 3 of my friends -____-

I am just being curious here, but this question sort of relates to this topic.
Is being a GM a full-time job, or just part-time? Like, do they have a second job to go along with this job? I'm just curious. =P

Well, imo, if your a GM you should be working Full-Time. And by that I mean from like 10:00 AM - 12:00 AM. And on weekends rotate between the GM's and have one each weekend working just in case. But I don't know. All I know is GM's don't work weekends [I don't get that though, must stuff happens on weekends lmao >.>].

GM is a fulltime job. I think outspark GMs work 50 or 60 hours a week, not sure... thats the impression Silkypico gave me during the live interview with him and murdock (http://outsparkclub.net/live/episodes/6/)
You can also be an intern GM and stuff like that, but thats through school, you know... if you dont know what an intern is, google it or use a dictionary -.-

I'm going to close this per request of the OP, but before I do, I'll say one thing.
For those of you who keep bringing up issues over a banned user, please stop. This is not an issue that needs to be brought up in various threads. In fact, it's nothing something that should be brought up at all on a public forum, as a user's ban is a private matter. So please cease this behavior as well as the badmouthing. Please keep this to yourselves or off the forums.
Thanks.

*Edit* Gametimepresent, GMs or Outspark staff do not fix bugs or glitches. They cannot legally do that. Only the developer's can do that.
