I wudve quit a month ago if I didnt hang out with friends. But some of them r just annoying now =P Now that they finally caught up they think they can own me ;/ But never do, yet still ego me xD and some of them I even helped lvl [which is why I don't lvl ppl anymore]

Ill be the first one here to say im not amused by the services rendered.

That said i can say that the customer service has been adequate for me when it comes to reporting, etc.

When it comes to bug fixes, the tend to take to long with little notification on when or if they are going to be resolved. That being said im noticing a positive change in attitudes from the staff as a whole when it comes to communicating because numerous players have brought this forward as a complaint.

All in all my experiences lead me to rate their services as a 3/5. Average at best with room for improvement.

Okay, so Outspark isn't perfect and I have my beef with them too sometimes but you know...if Outspark is SOOO terrible that you have to constantly whine about them, why are you still here? Why not go find another game if its that bad. Oh wait, even if you found like the perfect game, you'd probably still complain about something I bet.

Lol, we aren't lf perfect game, but you've been here when OS first released fiesta? I guess not, if you could see what was fiesta when it was opened, you'd know why are we complaining.. The past fiesta and the atm fiesta is totally not the same.

So I wasn't cbt, but I started long time ago, and Fiesta was not like this.

I actually was, and while it was way different back then, its still really not that bad right now. I admit they've done things wrong but they've also done things right...but people don't like to focus on the positive, it would seem.

Servers were much more stable back then also. Well I'm torn both ways there are things I love about this game and hate about it just because I hate it something it won't stop me from playing the game.

It's true the staff haven't been able to run this game as well as compared to 2 years ago but that still wont stop me from playing the game. I love the game and won't stop playing until I know I've had enough.

I could make a list of things I like about OS and hate about them

Somethings I like are the addition of the Lv 105 cap raise that went much smoother compared to the other 2 cap raises in particular the Hellgait weapon nerfing I was very very happy at that one. The addition of the the new instance dungeon was very welcoming because Im planning to play the game again soon on a new character so it will good to try that dungeon out. The addition of all those new jewelrey items are great finally something better than those perfect MD earrings (Finally after 2 years)

On the other hand I dislike the huge server instability lately this one has probably infuriated people the most. I hate the annoying spam messages telling you to buy stuff from the CS store every 30 minutes. The events are horrible now very few of them and the rewards are terrible compared to what they were awhile ago (Like Teva weapons, Permanent V-Day outfit weapon and shield and the permanent Santa stuff)

Im torn 50/50 but over the past 2 months im slowly leaning more towards the dislike side simply due to the huge server instability.

Yeah, I agree on the server instability. Thats one of the only things that really upsets me about this game.
