Creating Problems

I have just recently joined SoS and It's letting me get to the selecting server but It's not letting me create a charater. It says "SoSClient.exe has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the In convenience." and I wrote exactly what the main part of it said. I have repeatedly tried but it always repeats this message.
