Sparkcash stuff suddenly disappearing

Okay So on Saturday I met up with my good friend Sakura :D And I asked her for a few sc stuff. So she gave me a tough cookie pack and magic hp pot 2 for my fighter and my mage. (She gifted 2 of each). So here I am ready for pvp kq for my mage and my tough cookie pack is gone...only my magic hp pot is there. And for my fighter I got the tough cookie pack but the hp pot is gone!! And I know that she gifted me 2 of each stuff because I checked MY SPARKCASH INVENTORY on Saturday. Also I found some questing stuff in a inventory I never purchased causing me to wait months until I can get my quest reward. So Outspark can I please have my stuff back.

OH OH, I get it now lmao. Odd, I found 10 T4 VIT, and something else when my mage was a low level randomly in my 3rd inventory space b4 I had iron case/extra slot. Might be a bug o.o;;
