Problem logging in 403 [Archive]

The Massage said that...

There was a problem logging you in.
Please check that your username and password are correct, and that you are running the lastest Outspark software.

(Unauthorized: 403)

I'm sure I'm logging in with correct username and password('cause they can log in on website).

and I think that I'm running the lastest version of fiesta software, I've been downloaded it on october the 25th.
If it's not, tell me how can I upload it to the lastest version. Will there be the auto patch? or I have to download the updated things somewhere?

They blocked all the Asians i guess... because i live in Israel and i have that message 2 >.>
can some GM answer us if they blocked all Asians Ip's?

I cant login, but i thing the reason for that is the patch...mycomputer installs the patch but then the program crashes...why's this? Does it have to do with anything that I have windows Vista?
