If I try to download the client, It says "We are in the process of closed beta, we'll let you know when beta ends" or something like that. Is there anyway that I can download and start playing this game?

No, there isn't. If you actually read what the message says it says that "We're in the closed beta phase and it's only for closed beta players, we'll let you know when this wonderful game is released to the public"
What they put pretty much says it all.

No one knows, a for sure date of release hasn't been released to the public yet. I'm sure that the GM staff doesn't even know when this game will be released for Open Beta. All we can do is wait.
Just be patient.
