Bugged divorce system wth?

K so i went to get a divorce, paid the 750s for a forcible divorce and my spouse was allowed to refuse it? WTH seriously if im having to pay for it to be forcible how can they refuse it? bug much please fix =/

they can refuse up to 3 times, then you get it
each new time you apply, you don't get charged

. . . .If it is a force divorce you shouldn't get your money back it should work.... Theres no difference between a Collaborative of a Uncontested divorce then and there shouldn't be a option to refuse and hold someone hostage in a marriage =/ ugh i'd rather not delete my mage D:

its only 3 times
no need for deletion
if she refuses the 3rd time, it wont work for her
then you have like 10 days before you can get married...
(3 days for divorce to take affect, then 7 days till you can remarry)

technically as soon as they choose refuse, you get your money back. then, when you reapply for the divorce, it charges you the same amount.

i was forced to get a divorce when someone stole my hubby's account. the first time the person hit refuse i was in a vendor and most of my divorce refund went into my sale store. it was weird but nonetheless, i got my money back. it is frustrating that they have the option to refuse since it is forced through on the third try. i think if you're willing to spend 1g on a divorce, you shouldn't have to wait :confused:
