Cant we just skip messing up the game for a week

LOL not to flame or say anything bad about OS as "this Time" were not gonna hafta wait 6-10 hrs in regaurds to is anything even being done about our beloved game, And, Seriously ... this is the third in a row 5 in the last 3 months where afterwards the game has been unplayable,.... what gives if this was a fast food restuarant, and they messed up your order that many times in as many visits would you still eat there, if this was a dvd store and the wrong movie was in the box this many times in a row would you continue to rent there ? .... this is terrible business practice period. Im glad you take time to adress our concerns and Issues And I also think that the quality with which maintanece seems to be conducted in this game could stand for improvement. I dont care about Changing my guilds name/battle status as its not A MAJOR GAME PLAY ISSUE such as being able to IDK say switch maps, not lag do to server latency issues, etc. etc. I wouldve prefered you to skip all the NON major game play Issues Till You've worked out the known bugs that are. IE: dont fix what isnt broken till all the broken stuff is fixed. I am aware as well that in fixing some issues others occur but read your Patch notes only 2 issues that were addressed were "Major Game Play Issues" the rest were stuff you couldve adressed at a later date Imagine if you will .. you order a hamburger Its Ice cold and you say Hey my hamburgers Ice cold could you perhaps give me a cooked one and they say sure sure, and hand you back the same burger with Ketchup and Mustard added on to the same Ice cold burger, and then say there problem fixed eat up. Did they resolve the major issue there well that Ice cold burger is Loading screens, Kqs, etc etc that effects peoples every day game play experience and the ketchup and mustard are guild reset scrolls, new instance dungeons, In essence im saying dont make the problem more complicated by adding/fixing stuff that isnt broken till, not all but some, of the MAJOR GAMEPLAY ISSUES have been resolved. IF, and alot of you do, I spent money on/or to play this game Id be highly upset. Well ty for reading this if you actually do See ya on the flipside hope my burger isnt Ice cold when I come back.

then why carry on playing?

to be fair.. likening it to a fast food burger isnt exactly fair... is it.. if your burgers cold.. you know the problem straight away.. its cold.. if ia game crashes.. you have to find the problem first. you cant just say.. its crashed fix it.

What if we didn't have any changes except fixes and actual patches instead of weekly options/events for say, one month...???:o

Maybe it's time to invest in the game play dynamics rather than special features.

and as to why carry on playing ... alot of people arent My FL used to be all lite up almost all day every day now theres 2-3 people on it and everyone on my fl was 80+ Die hard Fiesta gamers ... most have switched to other MMORPGs I dont quit cause I have two much time wrapped up here and the few freinds that still play I like to keep in touch with

yes they are known issues... if my lights stop working on my car... its a known issue.. that doesnt mean a mechanic knows exactly why without looking.. could be the bulb, could be electrics.. come on man.. give them a break.. they are trying to fix it

and also.. OS are NOT the game programmers.. so no. they cant look at the code and fix it

Well, SOME (and i stress some) of the issues you have with the way they do things can be explained.

One, OS doesn't make up all the content, or have full control over what happens to the game. They publish it, and make requests to the creators.

Two, There IS a work process that has to be done. You can't expect for a problem to be solved in a day. The people making this game are not even in this country. I bet the new SC stuff wasn't even asked for by Outspark. It's part of the overseas versions of the game already, we're just now getting it.

I do understand what you complain about though, even after counting out all this stuff, there still seems to be a breakdown in communication and customer support to some level... it's just not as massively corrupt as it feels to us when we get upset about things.

wow you dont understand real life at all do you the people fixing it right now are the ones that just fixed it into a broken state your still acting as if they havent had a few weeks to look at the problems. If I have a burnt light on my car I dont go Add a paintjob before I fix the light, which is whats being said here not they they dont ever fix anything. Flame someone else xD

This game bears no relation to The Korean version If I had the thread where silky posted all what you just addressed Id put it in maybe somone could help
