OK so i was bugged for 4-5days not being able to play, i submitted a ticket contacted a gm and made a thread in bugs section and waited.
Now everytime I've asked about extension to a large amount of cs items I had running I have recieved zero responses whether from GM's or CSR's. I won't start copy pasting my ticket etc but I would like an official response as to whether I am entitled to an extension of items or not, if not the big question is why not? the service wasn't down for all. It was a singular instance where my character was affected. Lastly since being debugged my character which had a premium coupon used on it has since recieved a makeover back to basic face and hair colour again no response to this issue.
leads to my question is taking money from customers and then waiting for them to run out of patience common treatment of OS customers? I'd like to know others experiences after being bugged or losing out whether good or bad.
