Lets be honest you don't know that I don't know that so no one really should be saying if they should or shouldn't be looking like that. If people really think its a bug just bring it to Outsparks attention and wait for a reply its possible it might be unintended or its possible they were intended to look like that.

The base stats has been nerfed..which is good, but the random stats are not. Those who are fortunate enough to find stats 3x-4x....the 45 are still more powerful than most 5x gears.

Really...? You'll be killed by a swarm of noobs and buff plz-ers the moment you walk into town. Keep it as is -it's the best protection you have.
