Not only do you not get a chest, you also don't get any experience points either! :( This is a screenshot of finishing Mara Pirates' Rage with a full inventory. Notice I got 150xp for the damage done to Marlone, but no bonus XP for a successful mission. I couldn't care less about the chest.
