Ok so how come after you open chat you cant close it my computer only lets me use the keys to do some commands but with chat on I cant do that how do I close chat...if there is no way then it would be nice

Hit the enter key once to get rid of it... or you can go into the system options and turn off 'command prompt' I believe it's called. After you do so, the bar will auto-close when you're done typing something, and hit enter once.
