are south african IP's banned too? because sometimes i get 10054 errors and sometimes it says "checking for updates to fiesta." and it keeps on downloading updates, i downloaded the 1.2.64 client and installed, and is my first time trying this game, and am still trying to get INTO the game.
so should i keep on letting it update till eventualy up to date?
