I don't think this would be very good. It seems like too few points in end, dex, and spr to be of any real use. At level 65, you would have 80 stat points, which means 10 in each of those. So that's only 50 hp, 5 def, 3% aim, 2% dodge, 50 sp, 5 m.def, and 2% crit. So while that is a lot of benefits, none of them are very high, especially for level 65.
