when i try logging into the game i get the error unauthorized: 403....
can someone help me?
the username and pass is correct 100% and the software update... well, i just dled the game yesterday and the launcher should've updated itself right?
any help appreciated. thx

It happened to me to my pass and ID are 100% correct and it says something about a software but i think i have the new one..
I dunno what to do 2 :confused:

I have the same problem too. I'm sure I put the correct username and password in.

yeah.... could it be because of Vista?
or maybe it's cause i'm trying to play it from china?
what os are u guys using and where are u trying to connect from?

Outspark blocked all ips from Asia. im guessing. All i know is all China players cant log on.

It's stupid to block player from Asia.
Damn GM please come in, troubleshooting is for GM to know the problem and fix it!

why would outspark block fiesta in china? well.. are there any ways to get around it?

The error 403 is for blocked chinese players. One of my guild mates was fron china is no longer allowed to play.
This is not becauae outspark does not want chinese players to play. Another publisher is already running the service in china. If you read the pop message there is a redirect.
I think overall playing with my american buddy is what outspark is trying to do. But I know that only chinese players have been blocked.
All and all outspark does a great job with fiesta!

oh come on :( my internet had problems for a few weeks, and ive been waiting the whole time to play fiesta. i just got it fixed yesterday, and redownloaded everything.. and got the error msg :(
