well, i have now 38+1 AGI , what i understand it increases evasion, critical and Skill critical. When i rise AGI since about 11+1 (can't remember exacly but i think it was since first job change to Rogue) Skill Critical increases(now 8+0) but not Criticals (still 2+0). When i go fight mobs i can tell that is not just visual bug.
