Hey sorry can someone contact a gm in Marian!!! I bought a red cowbell and for problems on my computer I didn't find a gm, until I have all my guild trying to find one that doesn't work so I'm doing this topic, cuz I need that bell please I bought it already and have the free gift but need the bell PLEASE!!!

I would pm cs, they should have a record of the purchase. Click the support link at the top of the outspark website, the click contact a csr tab. Fill out the form and submit it. Being that this is a weekend, don't expect an instant response, it may be next week.

Best thing to do right now is to send a ticket to CSR. (http://support.outspark.com) They are the only ones who can verify that you have indeed bought the bell. Once verified, they will take it from there.
