Has Sos ever worked for you before?
When did it stop working?
What changed between when it was and wasn't working?
Can you upload a screenshot?

Can you post the following:
Click start>Run>Type dxdiag>Press enter>Click no>
Click save all information in the bottom right hand corner>Click desktop on the left
Click save>close the dxdiag dialogue box>Open the document from the desktop>
Copy and paste paste whats listed in the System Information area and the Display Devices area into the post. That will cover everything basic except the amount of free space on your computer

To find out how much free space is available on your Pc do the following:
Locate the computer or my computer icon, Either on your start menu or desktop
Right click the icon>Click Manage>Double-click storage> Double-click disk management
Locate the line that reads: C:\
Look under the column header that reads. Free space and type out what is listed. Be sure to include any letters. For example 50mb is a lot less space than 50Gb. This Is important.
