Buffer Overrun

So, after I've been logged in for 5 minutes or so, it varies, I get kicked out with an error message saying "Buffer Overrun Error and then it says something about an internal problem. On the warning header it's a C++ scripting error message. It only seems to boot me if I'm a store for 5 minutes, earlier I was able to run from Elderine to Burning Hill to Echo Caves and back. It wasn't until I became a store that I would get that error.

Im getting the same error but only on Appoline server. TEVA isnt doing it.

Apoline Server, still having same buffer overrun problem, and now it's every 3 steps I take while in Elderine not just while I'm vending.

So I just signed back in, seems that my buffer overrun (C++ runtime Error, says something about internal issue and can no longer safely be run so must be terminated) problem doesn't hit unless I'm standing still...and I've only experienced that in Elderine. Makes Vending very difficult, I have to click really fast hehe

You're not alone. I've had this happen in the past but just waves it off as a minor issue, but now I can't even get the third item placed in my shop before the crash. Nothing on my system has changed in the past 24 hours, Murdock, so don't tell me it is on my end either like you did before.

And is it me, or are there no shops in Elderine? This could indicate a mass BO (Buffer Overrun) problem. Maybe you should let the higher ups have a look at this coding problem, because we aren't making much progress alone here.

I've come to the conclusion the Elderine Smith maybe just hates me. And everyone. x.x

if u wanna go around elderline i suggest u stay in hide mode. Not being able to set up shop isnt the biggest problem so i hope u can all manage until this problem is fixed. Outside of elderline seems to be ok, and gold spammers still seem to be finding there job easy lol.

hmm, i just suddenly got this problem too, if i set up my store for around 5 minutes, the error will occur. I didnt get this problem when i set up my store in the exact same location earlier on. (my store is near the roumen smith by the way)

Same problem on Apoline here too, only it has nothing to do with a shop >.< I can just be running around and it'll crash.

Bumping this up again. This problem is really ticking me off. It happens randomly at odd hours which forces me to restart my PC and leave Fiesta off for a few hours. I couldn't even talk in chat yesterday without getting the error.
