But he happens to have 10 prisoners, and they're on the death row anyways, so nobody will care if they die a little early. How can the warden, using the 10 prisoners, find out which bottle of beer is poisoned?

Sorry, with your way you run out of time before you can find out: it takes one day to narrow it down to 100 bottles, a second day to narrow it down to 11~12, and at the end of the third day there is a possibility that you will not find the poisoned bottle.
The correct solution, technically, could be used to find the poisoned bottle after one day.

I don't why a evil prison warden would hold a celebration, maybe filled with bad guests?
The prisoners will SERVE the poisoned BEER since his evil right. So the Warden doesn't want to let the guest die by his own hands So he lets the Prisoners hand the beer and test if the guest dies. The evil warden wouldn't really mind since his evil.
The Prisoners would then die by the revolts of the guest since one die and they were serving the beer and thought they were the one that poisoned it.
By seen the guest die, they will know which one was poisoned.

The Warden will know this in the day of the celebration though.

1000/10 = 100 beer per prisoner. Let them lick 500 a day in total. So 50 beer per prisoner per day. This strategy would make more sense in means.

One more thing, the celebration could be filled with other prisoners.

Take a bottle and look at the digits. If the first digit is 1, prisoner #1 tests it. If the first digit is 0, prisoner #1 does not test it. If the second digit is 1, the prisoner #2 tests it; if the second digit is 0, prisoner #2 doesn't test it. If the third digit is 1....and after the tenth digit, move onto the next bottle.

The next day, by recording which prisoners are dead, you can identify the poisoned bottle.
