As the title says, how is it done? I want to be a fighter and I've chatted with every NPC available in the fighter's town but can figure out where to apply for a class. I'm still a Xen and level 16.

you obviously havent talked to every NPC have you, theres a guide on the forums somewhere, go read it.

You first need to be level 16, and possess the Jurea pieces 1/4, 2/4, 3/4 and 4/4.(Found by defeating specific monsters) Then speak to Reinmoth to pick your class.
