How cuold I lvl up the skills?:confused:

Find the upgraded version from slain monsters(Luan Basin/similar maps at other locations and later maps), or buy upgrades from people.

resetting and changing the stats, as skill master say, can i learn new skills?

Nope, you still have to buy books or find them from monsters. The only thing talking to the Skill Master does is allowing you to regret a bad status point-build. ^-^'
