I am having the exact problem. Im not a complete guru with computers but i have no clue whatsoever of what to do.

i e-mailed them about the evil index error and they said :


After careful investigation into the issue, I have determined that you
may be having trouble with your Internet connection to our servers.
Apparently there are packets of information being lost between your PC and
our hosting servers. There may be an issue with your Internet speed
caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP). I would suggest trying to
connect at another time, and contacting your network administrator/ISP
to make sure that your Internet connection is working properly. Also,
you may want to be sure to check on the following:

1. You are not accessing via a proxy
2. Your Internet connection is stable and consistent
3. Any firewall(s) you are running are disabled

We are well aware of the numerous connection issues reported by users
regarding logging in since the most recent patch. I assure you that our
Development Team is currently looking into the matter.

It means whether or not are you connecting to Fiesta launcher using a Proxy. In other words, masked IP addresses to protect your privacy. You can check if you're using it or not by going to your Internet Explorer, Tools, Internet Options, Connections, Lan Settings. Make sure the Lan box is unchecked.

After that clear your internet caches and cookies and do a dns cache flushing to make sure the launcher detects your normal IP.

wait dude i did wat you said i went to lan settings then ther was this thing about via proxy it was not on like em i sposto press check on it ? or lat it like that??

and ther was this (use automaticlly detect setting)
and ther was a (use automatic configuration cript)

they war both uncheckecked too so now wat should i do??
