mine started doing that too, i dont know what to do everytime i log in 1 min later a warning message pops up.

open up your task manager
Cntrl+ALT+DEL
then click processes,
find "outspark.exe"
and click end process
there should be more than one "outspark.exe" that you need to end.
this wilkl fix your problem
