How can he get in lv40-56 dungeon?

To answer your question, he probably used an academy member and warped to him/her inside the dungeon. If that glitch has been fixed, then I dunno what to tell you.

i never saw that, what i did see was that warping into the abyss prior to its fix was bannable.

the only thing i saw was that players should stick to the level limits. this "added feature" (aka bug) isnt really that bad... i dont see why people complain about it, just ask for their assistance. If not get a party and move to the next spawn...

its not like your going to making huge profit off them anyway since the market is saturated with boss items.

I warped to Marlone's hideout last night, not knowing I was warping there since I randomly warp to my acad members to buff them... let's just say I warped back out pretty quickly cause last time I did that, the acad member asked me for my help to kill Marlone, so I killed Marlone, the kid was begging!! But being the nub that I am I walked out of the hide-out instead of warping out and some little noob waiting at the gate threatened to rat me out... pffffffft!

It doesn't tell you where you are warping till it's too late...

Yeah, that is pretty dumb. Some people warp to random members to buff or etc randomly. [In SS I used to warp to randomly to people and help them quest].

Why would it be a bannable offense when the capability is put there by design.
It is not exactly exploiting a bug because it is not a bug.
Warping into kingdom quests was a problem but Outspark fixed that immediately.
You can't warp into the tower nor can you warp into an Abyss that you are out leveled for.
The ability to warp into dungeons was left in for a reason.

A higher level cannot farm bosses unless they are very clever (and I believe that has been fixed too) because they get no drops.
As a rule they can only help their academy members with the quests.

So I really see no problem with it at all.
If they were to ban me over something like that I would argue it down because the ability was left in the game intentionally and there is no harm in it.

How can you get in trouble just for Academy warping to lower level dungeons? I do that with my Academy members. Like in Marlone's Hideout for example.

Marlone's Hide-Out is an instance... lvl 36's and higher cannot access via the gate therefore accessing via warp is considered "cheating"...according to the ToS (apparently...didn't read it line for line) this is an offense which can be bannable. IMO stupid but hey...

wow i have a 7x cleric on my other account he has blue hammer but wears a costume and wow a cleric that carries a wand my god he is violating the rules carrying a mages weapon I warp to all dungeons to help my academy members do their quests and I do not farm bosses but there is many people who do and as said if it was not ment to be warped to then OS could fix it

You can't even farm a boss if it is 20 levels lower than you. They will drop NOTHING.

King Marlone would only drop 2x purples which is completely useless for me. I would have no point in farming him... I would only farm Giant Orc Captain or Giant Harpy.

.-. I don't see the difference. Parties farm bosses too, just this guy killed them faster. Just go sit in one room after he leaves and sit there til it spawns :3

I see a difference, the 7x would take out the bosses in a few seconds, while the low lvl pty's would take up to hours, to get to the bosses, and killing the bosses would also take time :s
