Problem With Elderine's Guard Captain Shutian

I have a problem with Guard Captain Shutian in Elderine! My friend too, what is the problem? I can't get quests from him, it yust came up a text that we cant do anyrhing with! Pls Fix THIS! IT drives me crazy!!:confused:

Are they gonna fix it!? I promise , i should level at least 3 levels right now! I mean whats the problem they must can fix it??

It's been like that for I think a little over a week now, the quest relates to the new Tower of Izyel and I believe it should be fixed by tomorrow night. Or so OutSpark says. In the mean time, there are other Tower of Izyel quests you can do. You get them from Acient Templar Maria in Roumen, Enchanter Master Wishis in Elderine, and Lord Elbauma(also has a broken quest like Shutian) in Elderine.
