help connection failure

i dont know why my modem is connected and everything is working fine but every time i log in it says the connection has fail and i click ok and it sends me right back to the log in screen can anyone tell me how do i fix it and why this is happening can someone plz reply i really need help or i cant even play the game

The same thing is happening to me. I started a new account to check if it was my computer and that one worked fine but my main account still doesnt work.

I got the same thing, everytime i log in my task bar says network connection unplugged. this happened to me when i tried playing world of warcraft but i forgot how i fixed it Please Help.

The same thing happens to me!! Allowed it access on all ports but the connection still fails.

Mine say error conecting to update server i would love to play this game somtime this year but there is no help:confused::confused::confused::confused:
