last night <Removed> warred for useless reason over a pvp kq! i think twice.... in first one i wasn't afk and i was griding at gold knight/lord... and while mobbed 2 members of <Removed> came at my back and got me die attacking me while mobbed (lost 1% 3mill 517k)!
and now i wake up and find my mage had left in shop killed and seen a member of <Removed> with guild name yellow... that mean is been again <Removed>!
they totally annoying me... they going against all rules!

that guild will fall apart soon enough anyways, a lot of sc abusers that just joined the guild cause they're the strongest wont have the same bonnds of friendship as everyone else and they will start a lot of drama, I was in that guild at the 89 cap so I know lmao ;/

is against rules kill shops and afk people than i just ask those rules being respected! can get bann for it..... and for sure over everything is totally prohibited kill people out of city like they done!
every single war i get so surprised to see as a lot people also if high lvls still not learned respect and rules in here after 2 years they play!

I'm not too good with the rules on this, and I don't know how often any rules are actually enforced, but... isn't killing someone in guild war outside of town when they're grinding reportable? Something about harassment and using war to prevent them from grinding.

since dakkon gone, no not really.. theres no rule now ._. they should make up something new about guild wars, I'll now take SS of every war from them and report for chain warring, because HVG gets warred by <Removed> like 2 times a day .-.

1- only if both guilds agree to it, otherwise its chain warring and harassment.
2- it only a guideline to keep the wars in town, there's no express rule saying you cant take them outside of them. The only exception to this is wars being used for harassment purposes.

Lmao? Killing somebody's vendor is harassment, your purposely keeping them from selling items. Killing somebody grinding is harassment, your keeping them from leveling.

Theres a reason for non warriing guilds, if you have an alt vendor you shouldnt be in a warring guild to begin with.

Sorry to be an *** but if your in a warring guild and vending whose to say you cant fight back, how is that player supposed to know that your not capable, you choose to violate the ToS by being afk in the first place.

I wont go quoting ToS But i presume that shop killin/killing while grinding is harassment, And there is agood argument about the rights ad wrongs of Guild wars but come on, would you like it if you got killed while vendoring or grinding? No you woudln't :/

<Removed> are just Jerks they have no respect for anyone or anything that guild was made on the bacis that they will recieve HG weps for their time there, but as we know <Removed> is greedy and that won't happen much. People who have got HG weps will just leave the guild they wont stay and put up with all the drama.

You know like in films where all the bad guys come together? Thats what <Removed> is :/

Lmao, this proves you know nothing about the rules. this has been clarified by GMs/Cls A LOT. That rule applies to if your fighting monsters, or farming or anything of that type. Being AFK isn't against ToS. And how do you even know he was in an alt vendor? And ANYBODY can be killed while vending considering there's no way your HP can regain unless a cleric in your guild heals you. And how are you supposed to know your going to be warred while AFK? There's no flashing lights at your computer screaming 'You have been warred'. And what lmao? If somebody is sitting in vendor, not talking, doesn't move when you go near/attack the player, no duh there afk and not capable of attacking.

EDIT: Like Roon said, if that rule in ToS meant you get banned for being AFK then just about everybody in fiesta would be banned.

Dakkon's guidelines aren't even being followed. He's not even a GM anymore. But it has been stated that shopkilling undergoes harrasment, which will lead to ban :)

To clarify:

1. Vendor Killing/Chain warring is and has always been reportable.

2. The AFK rule refers to users who create botting programs. If your character is moving, killing, mining, etc. while in game you must be present in order to respond to a GM if you are asked to do so. In other words, if you're caught botting, you go bye bye.

[Closed] for blacklisting. I'll be going back to edit out names, please submit a report on the guild in question including screenshots if you would like to speak to a staff member about their actions.
