Charecters being Hijacked???

I've noticed many peoples characters (along with my self included) have been saying scamming sites automatically around the bijou rumen beside the horse as if there is someone else typing, and they can't stop it. When they go up the stairs, it stops. I am wondering if there is someone Hijacking us or just a random speech glitch happening.

It's a chat buffer overflow due to their inability to control floods. I believe they're quite aware of how it's over-running into the players and showing up as the others said it.
