Ok guys. Today, my two guildies level 64 and54 were grinding in Lvl70~86 abyss,(relic of abyss).
In the meantime, a mage 7x, a cleric 6x, an archer 7x and a fighter 6x got in their room and attacked them, they got the room.
Ok after that my guldies needed some help. I've gone in there and I killed couple of times the attackers.
After some time and lot of complaining they said they are going to report me, and they will forward the report to a GM if I don't quit attacking them. I rest in my mushy but, they came to attack me. So I killed em again and again and again. Mage gone in the room and kill my guildies again, and all over from the begining.
And yea all I need to ask is:
Can they report me for killing them a lot(abuse) them in abyss and I get punished or something.
That's what I need to know.

Unless your guildies do something to provoke them, then there is no problem in you killing them for killing your guildies. If they want out of there, then they'll spawn next to the exit, and warp out. But if they keep coming back, and trying to hurt your guildies, then keep on killing them. They're harrassing your guildies, you're not harrassing them.

Well technnically they [i]could[/] report you. Chances of anything happening though are ever less than them actually reporting you. xD When they ask you to stop you should always just stop to be on the safe side. :x

Anyones always able to report you but the chances are the report will go down the ****ter.

Sounds like they were trying to bait you into the position they wanted so they can make you look bad and go cry to outspark about how big and bad you are, lol. I wouldn't worry about it, though in a future situation like that, I'd say take a load of screenshots to use to defend yourself if needed. But yeah, even if they did send a report, outspark probably saw the word "abyss" and ignored the rest, lol.

You havn't done anything wrong you can kill who you want when you want and when ever you want in the abyss, unless you dont let them leave when they ask youcant be reported xD

No you cant be reported for that. They kept attacking you and your guildies so you could report them for harrassment and seeing as you were only defending yourself and your guildies then you can be in trouble. Besides i dont know a single person in Teva who wouldnt defend there Guild if someone was PKing them. I sure as hell would do the same as you if someone was continuesly Pking my guild members.

From the sounds of the situation, both parties had full consent to attack each other. If one party said stop but the other kept continuing without fighting back then yes that is a reportable offense [harassment]. But if they asked you to Stop, but they continued to attack you [which really doesnt make any sense] both parties have given consent to fight.

As I don't really like to get into these conversations about PK areas and the right to level and grind - I will say this; You enter into a PvP zone knowing the consequences that come with that territory. Use common sense to know when to stick around or simply leave the area. If you get fed up with the constant PK'ng, you are not obligated to stick around and subject yourself to grief or harrasment that may occur.

Some people really hate that type of attitude and environment, while others thrive off of that and give them a rush of excitement.

And yes I'm well aware I dodged your question, simply because there isn't a simple answer to it.

Abyss was MADE for PvP, but there mobs with high exp/drop to level on WITH the chance of being PK'd. As long as you didn't spawn kill them, there is nothing wrong with you did.

They were trying to place a trap for you. They asked you to stop and then attacked. Once, twice.... always taking pics. Then they will write a report saying that they asked you to stop, many times, and you kept attacking them... they have lots of pics showing the battle and the chat.

I don't think you will have problems. Abyss is an outlaw land. If they report you, they shall be banned for faking reports. However, be careful when fighting ppl at the abyss entrance, a report like this at the entrance can be very convicing.
