My character is being retarded

Bug : Before everything was fine. but now , i don't know why , everytime i try to move on , Milan take 1000 years to do only one little step, so i can't play and it makes me mad. It's not normal right ?!?!?! does someone understand my problem ? i'm waiting =/ ... thanks

Ok, first off. Ur character isnt retarded ><
Second, check all your items, if it weighs 7000 or more, take it off unless ur going to keep it
Oh and if u reach or get close to ur weight limit or WT then take off some items, or put it in the storage (which is located in the hotel).
