It has been brought to my attention that the technical troubleshooting information and problem solving guides I have written or used to resolve people's technical problems might be too advanced or "Dangerous" for most Sos users, Given that the largest part of our community is a young audience. The information I had wasn't actually "dangerous" at all but computer users are all different and may make mistakes.

This is something I did not consider when I wrote steps to resolve problems or troubleshoot problems. after takng that into consideration . Even though everything was written step by step and tested. People would only have to read, Not more.

I feel I should simply apologize and say that it has been removed. My information has not caused any problems on anyone's computer* I was not asked to remove it. I did it of my own accord.

But I do agree with the feedback I recieved. I think maybe, This is why the CSR's and such do not post solutions to more advanced problems on the forums. Because there is a small chance someone could do something wrong even with step by step instructions and somehow cause a problem on their computer, And this opens a liability window. It doesn't for me, I'm just some guy on the internet and my stuff works and does get people back into the game o.o. I guess I see people in need and my heart goes out to them, I like to help people genuinely. Heh thats why I was a healer xP

I just saw a large hole in support and tried help. I don't think submitting an Outspark ticket then praying you will recieve an email one day is good enough support whether the community is 15 years old and will play the game no matter how much money they spend on the game or how abused they get by Outspark or 30 years old and willing to spend their money on another business. I've had black and white questions go unanswered / Ignored for reasons I can't explain.

I have asked the following for example: Is Windows XP and Vista 64 editions supported?..No answer. I did recieve a copy and pasted answer of the system requirements from the download page. Technically I recieved an email about system requirements in general. But I got no answer. I have since modified my question in a way that makes my question undeniable and it has gone unnoticed.

Sorry to go on a rant here it wasn't my intention x.x Basically I don't think the gap I certainly bridged between users who aren't getting help was done very good and I don't want to cause problems with other forum users or users of the game. Sorry to those who are looking for answers to the problems which I had the solution.

But I'm glad I was able to get it off here before this went through which i'm stil waiting on xD

Also lol to whoever gave me the FAIL on the Prevent Hacking and Hijacking post xD***

I derserve it bigtime haha Epic fail.

Personally i thought those guides were helpful and should have stayed, i didn't read them completely but they would be better than what the community is capable of giving in terms of help(should have saved them while i could for future reference). Anyways you do what you feel is right.

I agree with Wardomic, I thought you were doing a great job. I had bookmarked your guides, so that if I had trouble I could reference them. And honestly, if people don't find the answer here, they will ask others, who may give them uninformed advice, which in my opinion is way worse.

Thank you VERY much, I appreciate your words about this.

Question for anyone reading this: Is is possible to have my threads removed? My old account is now inactivated and my support was removed because of some verbal abuse I got from an forum MVP about the validity and integrity of my support.

I did not have time to remove all my threads before my account was inactivated. My account says it's inactivated indefinately. I don't know if it can be reactivated. Can All my threads be removed automatically or hidden from the community instead?
