Problem with the game!

Ok, first of I'm new to this game. I've installed everything and such. But when I'm going to start the game I'll get this message.[Look at the picture]

And when I click OK then suddenly the game shuts down... Anyone with the same problem?

Yes, the error is : Failed to connec to the servers. read another forum. this problem has been discussed.
