Condition: game dont start when i try to play with this character

i can log on with my other account characters but when i want to play with this one the game disconects . i dont know whats going on but plis help me !

u cant just log in or is there a message saying something why u cant log in? O.O

i click the cleric, it apears the loading screen of the map, in this case colapsed prison, and when it finish the load the games just quits. it is strange because i tried with my other characters to colapsed and there wasnt any problem :S
