I remember when there was a little button above the chat box that said "report" and you typed the name of someone, and what you're reporting them for. Now you have to go on the website, and search for that bloody "Contact a CSR" or whatever it is, which is literally hidden somewhere on the site. How are new players, or even old players that are never on the site supposed to find this ****?!
Also, quit changing the site, Outspark. All your doing is making it more and more complicated.

Well, that little report button stopped being functional years, ages, eons ago, because it was really easy to abuse, and people were reporting things that were not really worth reporting. Plus, you couldn`t include the most important part of a report that way: Proof, mainly in the form of screenshots
Searching for the "bloody" Contact a CSR link (Which isn`t hidden. It`s not a big red button, I`ll give you that, but that guarantees it won`t be abused. Trust me, a lot of people go trigger happy with reports when presented with a big red button), is not really that hard, you gotta click twice, and you have the form ready for you to fill in, I personally find it quite convenient and I think it`s an improvement from that faulty report button
Players who are not aware of this feature, can ask on the forums and they will receive an immediate reply from a forum-lurker telling them what they have to do, or they could just read the rules, where it explains how to do it

We make the site easier to navigate for people that hasn't been through it before. If you're an older user, we've only moved stuff around a bit but they shouldn't be difficult to find. You can find the "contact a CSR" button at support.outspark.com or click on the big button that says "support" on the upper bar.

You can find it in just about every CL's signature. You could also just click the support button at the top right.
Having a reporting feature in game makes it really easy to 'report' a user in the heat of the moment. Now, sometimes after you've cooled down you realize the situation really wasn't a big deal, and probably not worth reporting. Taking the time to think about it while you click 2 buttons on the webpage means that OS has to sort through less 'trivial' reports and has time to focus on getting through the reports that really require a response.

If they do say some really horrible things and break the ToS, I still report them even after I've calmed down =/ They might get to someone else who they could really hurt with their words or cause a huge, really brutal argument with.

The problem comes when people report others who aren`t really breaking the ToS, that happened a lot with the little button

lol I was referring to what she said about calming down and realizing it wasn't that big of a deal.
If someone KS's me no I'm not 100% pleased, but all I have to do is get on my main and inferno the place almost literally to hell and they'll learn not to again o: ~ I do report spot claiming xD though usually when you say you're going to report them they shut up and move along o.o ~

i think reporting should take like 10-20 mins,if its actually worth reporting, you'll take the time to do it,instead of these people who report everything and anything

I had a long conversation with someone over spot stealing, spot claiming, and KS'ing through PM's. Its not an easy subject because if you read into the ToS enough they can go around in circles and depending on how you word something it can put you in the clear or put you at risk.
Hint hint. NEVER say "I was here first. Don't take my spot." ALWAYS use "You are disrupting my ability to enjoy the game by killing the monsters that I was already killing."

Couldn't it be done this way....like have the report button back in game but have it forward you to main contact a CSR page? abit like when you click on the store ingame? i mean like u still have to have proof ect of who and what you are reporting, and have it so the form has to be filled out. It would make it a little easier to report stuff but the same ToS still applied, it saves people who don't know what they are doing taking ages to figure stuff out. and maybe on the contact a CSR page there should be a list of ToS like what sort of things are acceptable for reporting?

For me if I do report someone, it is never just 1 KS. It is a benefit of doubt that I always give people. One time me on my archer an another archer shoot at the same mob. Well with both archer longest attack range, we cannot see each other. The only sign is the poor mob is doing yo yo dance between us. After that we almost hit the same mob again, and I put a stop in the attack. I got a little fed up and move a little further. XD
Now back to topic, actually the reporting screen seem bugged. It cannot take screen shot from my harddisk.
